Prohibited & Restricted Products
Here, we are listing products and services that are prohibited or restricted from being listed, sold, promoted, or otherwise offered through ZtoreHub.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products and services listed on ZtoreHub comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ZtoreHub policies.
The following categories are not permitted on ZtoreHub:
- Adult Goods & Services: Pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive materials, escort or prostitution services, personal massagers, sex toys, and similar products or services.
- Alcohol & Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages and related products or services where prohibited by applicable law or ZtoreHub policy.
- Human Organs & Body Parts: Human organs and other human body parts that are live, cultivated, preserved, or obtained from a cadaver.
- Cable & Signal Decoding Devices: Black boxes, cable TV de-scramblers, satellite signal de-scramblers, and similar devices designed to obtain unauthorized access to cable or satellite signals.
- Prescription Medicines & Drugs: Prescription medicines and drugs, including medicines or drugs that require authorization or a valid prescription.
- Gambling Products & Services: Lottery tickets, sports betting, gambling-related products, gambling enrolments, and online gambling services.
- Fake or Fraudulent Identification: Fake IDs, passports, government identification documents, certificates, licenses, or other fraudulent or unauthorized documents.
- Hacking & Cracking Materials: Materials, instructions, manuals, software, tools, or devices intended to facilitate unauthorized access to software, servers, systems, accounts, networks, or protected property.
- Offensive or Hateful Products: Books, goods, images, or other materials that promote violence, intolerance, bigotry, or content that disparages or slanders individuals or groups.
- Securities & Financial Products: Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, securities, investments, and other financial products or services.
- Non-Prescription Drugs & Medicines: Drugs or medicines offered without the required prescription, authorization, or legal approval.
- Radioactive Materials: Radioactive materials and products containing or involving radioactive substances.
- Animal Skins: Animal skins, including reptile skins and similar animal-derived products where prohibited by applicable law.
- Tobacco & Cigarette Products: Tobacco, cigarettes, chewing tobacco, and related tobacco products.
- Traffic & Road-Related Devices: Radar detectors, signal jammers, license plate covers, traffic signal changers, and similar devices intended to interfere with or circumvent traffic laws or enforcement systems.
- Weapons & Armaments: Certain weapons and weapon-related products, including knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, and other armaments that are prohibited or restricted under applicable laws.
- Live Animal Products & Related Items: Parts or products intended for live animals where such products are prohibited or restricted.
- Goods or Services Violating Applicable Laws: Any goods, products, or services that do not comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, licenses, permits, or government requirements.
- Illegal Goods & Services: Illegal goods, products, or services, including products that encourage, facilitate, promote, or assist illegal activities.
- Offensive Crime-Related Products: Offensive products or materials related to crime, including images, artifacts, or personal possessions associated with crime scenes or offenders.
- Prescription or Herbal Drugs: Prescription drugs or herbal drugs supplied without appropriate authorization, prescription, or recognition by a licensed medical practitioner or authority, whether in India or elsewhere.
- Pyrotechnics & Dangerous Materials: Pyrotechnics, fireworks, explosives, radioactive materials, toxic substances, and other dangerous products.
- LPG Cylinders: LPG cylinders and related products where prohibited or restricted.
- Psychotropic & Narcotic Substances: Psychotropic substances, narcotic substances, and related products that are prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
- Duplicate or Unauthorized Property: Duplicate, counterfeit, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawfully reproduced property or products.
- Veterinary Medicines: Medicines intended for animals where their sale or distribution is prohibited or requires authorization.
- Telecommunication & Digital Communication Services: Online phone, email, fax, SMS, calling cards, bandwidth, data transmission, and related services where prohibited or restricted.
- Wildlife & Wildlife Products: Wildlife animals, wildlife-derived products, and other products obtained from protected or restricted wildlife.
- Securities & Stocks: Securities, stocks, and other investment-related financial products.
- Sex-Related Products & Services: Pornography, sexually suggestive materials, escort or prostitution services, personal massagers, sex toys, and similar sex-related products or services.
- Copyright Circumvention Devices: Mod chips and other devices or products designed to bypass, disable, or circumvent copyright protection or other technological protection measures.
- Unauthorized Copyrighted Media: Unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, recordings, and other licensed or copyright-protected products or media.
- Unauthorized Copyrighted Software: Unauthorized copies of software, video games, OEM software, bundled software, and other licensed or copyright-protected software or digital assets.
Seller Responsibility
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all products and services listed on ZtoreHub comply with applicable laws and regulations.
ZtoreHub reserves the right to remove, restrict, suspend, or reject any listing that violates this policy or applicable law.
Enforcement
If you upload, list, promote, or attempt to sell prohibited or restricted products on ZtoreHub, we may remove the listing and take appropriate action against your store or account, including suspension or deletion of the store.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent termination of the seller's account and removal of associated listings.
