Yes! Gold plan users can connect any custom domain (like yourstore.com) to their ZtoreHub store. We provide step-by-step DNS setup instructions. Silver plan users get a free yourstore.ztorehub.com subdomain.
How many products can I add?
Silver plan: 100 products with variants. Gold plan: 1,000 products. Enterprise: Unlimited. Each product supports unlimited images, variations (size, color, etc.), and attributes.
Is there a transaction fee?
No! ZtoreHub charges zero transaction fees. You only pay the subscription plan price. Your payment gateway (Razorpay, etc.) may charge their standard processing fee (typically 2%).
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes! You can manage multiple stores from separate accounts. Enterprise customers can manage all stores from a single dashboard. Contact us for multi-store pricing.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 14-day trial ends, your store is paused (not deleted). Simply upgrade to a paid plan to reactivate it. All your products, orders, and customer data are safely preserved.
Do you offer refunds?
