Sellers are responsible for:

- Fulfilling customer orders.
- Handling returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Obtaining any required licenses or approvals.
4. Prohibited Products
You must not list or sell products or services that are prohibited by applicable law or ZtoreHub's Prohibited & Restricted Products Policy.
We may remove prohibited listings and suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
5. Payments and Fees
ZtoreHub may charge subscription, platform, transaction, or other applicable fees according to the selected plan.
TradyCrafts Technologies LLP is currently not registered under GST. Sellers are responsible for their own applicable taxes and statutory obligations.
Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment providers and is subject to their respective terms.
6. Intellectual Property
ZtoreHub's name, logo, software, design, and other Platform content are owned by or licensed to TradyCrafts Technologies LLP and may not be copied or used without permission.
Sellers remain responsible for the content and materials they upload to their stores.
7. Privacy
Your use of ZtoreHub is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or ZtoreHub policies, or that involve fraudulent or harmful activities.
9. Disclaimer
ZtoreHub provides technology and tools for online commerce. Sellers are responsible for their products, services, customers, orders, and business activities.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TradyCrafts Technologies LLP will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of ZtoreHub.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the applicable courts in India.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised date.
